Aromatherapy 101
Looking to add aromatherapy to your everyday life? Interested in essential oils but uncertain how to get started? Book my Aromatherapy 101 class to learn the basics of aromatherapy and how to incorporate it in your family’s life! We’ll go over common oils and their uses, aromatherapy safety, and what to look for when purchasing oils/ingredients. At the end of the class, each student will make their own oil blend or balm to take home.

Personal Consultation
Spend a little time with me going over your specific health and wellness needs. We’ll discuss medical history and concerns and current aromatherapy needs based on your lifestyle. If your consultation is in-person, you will craft your own personalized balm/oil blend. If your consultation is virtual, I will craft one for you and ship it within 48 hours.
